	Rate Schedule
	Unit 1: Sleeps 4, 6 maximum. Entry level. 2 Bedroom (1 Queen, 1 with Twin Beds), complete kitchen with microwave, full-sized refrigerator, and stove. Laundry, living/dining area with satellite TV, sofa converts to a double bed. The bathroom contains a two-person Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a private toilet. All linens, towels and kitchen utensils are furnished.	Unit 2: Sleeps 2 Upstairs. 1 Bedroom Queen, kitchenette with mini-fridge, coffee maker, sink and microwave. Private Bath with tub and shower, satellite TV.

	Rate — 7th night free $150 per night, 1-4 people. $15 per night/per additional person. $175 per night - Holiday rate. Plus 8.8% tax. 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED FOR UNIT 1	Rate — 7th night free $75 per night, 2 people. $85 per night, 2 people - Holiday rate. Plus 8.8% tax.
	*Holiday Rates: in effect during Thanksgiving week through January 3. For larger groups or families, Units 1 & 2 can be combined to form a two level getaway.
	The Centennial Mill Guest House is a NON-SMOKING, NO PET house. Sorry, no exceptions will be made.
	RESERVATION POLICY Deposits Unit 1: Minimum 2 nights stay, or 50% of total balance due for stays of more than 2 nights. Unit 2: 1 night stay, or 50% of total balance due for stays of more than 1 night. Deposits may be made with check, money order, MasterCard or Visa cards. Your deposit must be received 30 days prior to arrival or the reservation will be canceled. Balance due at check-in.	CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival forfeits deposit. During holidays or special events, cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeits deposit. All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 service charge. Should you elect to shorten your stay after arrival, you are OBLIGATED to fulfill the amount due for all dates reserved.
